I’m Yahel, a movement teacher.

I created this studio as a space to practice with intention — where strength supports flexibility, and movement is built gradually.

This is for people who already move, are curious about their potential, and want structure without pressure.

YOGA

Creative, strength-based yoga flows influenced by Vinyasa, Rocket, and Ashtanga.

Classes focus on fluid sequencing, coordination, and skill development, often including arm balances, inversions, and transitions.

Flexibility

Pilates-based strength classes focused on core stability, control, and body awareness.

These sessions create a strong foundation to support deeper flexibility, balance, and more advanced movement skills.
